What you get
A short report you can act on.
A scorecard
Seven modules scored from 0 to 5, rolled into an overall score out of 100 and a band from A to D. Five priority sub-scores show where you are weakest.
Top findings
The top 5 to 7 findings, each tagged as an observation, an IR judgment, or a question for your counsel. Each one states the fact and why it matters.
Sources
Every fact comes from a public source, with the date we looked. If something cannot be seen from public sources, the report says so. It does not guess.
What the 90-day plan would fix
The report ends by matching each top finding to the plan action that would address it, and who would run it. Action names and owners only.
Delivered as a PDF. No Word file, no login, no portal.
How it is scored
Eight modules. Seven are scored.
The review looks at what a retail investor, an analyst or a broker can find about you on any given day. Your share price is not the score.
- 1HygieneListing identity, filing record, news release mechanics, IR contact.
- 2Peer and coveragePublished analyst coverage, and the peer frame you give analysts.
- 3Interested partiesThe audiences visible in public evidence: insiders, financings, partners, events.
- 4Message and materialsEquity story, deck and fact sheet, operating metrics, capital statements, promotional language.
- 5Digital and marketing IRIR page, news currency, alerts, public social accounts.
- 6Shareholder communicationsCalls and webcasts, AGM practice, how a shareholder reaches you.
- 7Liquidity opticsTrading volume, zero-volume days, share structure and cross-listing, as published.
- 890-day close-the-gapsNot scored. The closing section: what the 90-day plan would fix.

Example: anonymised issuer. Illustrates format and scoring only; not a published score of any company.
This is a sample audit for an anonymised TSXV health-technology issuer. Names, figures and dates are removed or banded. Scroll the pages below, or open the PDF.
Sample audit, pages 1 and 2
How this sample differs from the real report
- It is a 2 page excerpt. A delivered audit is 4 to 6 pages.
- Source lines are withheld here. In a delivered audit, every fact carries a numbered source with its URL and access date.
- The issuer is anonymised, and one finding is shown only as "flagged for counsel review".
Sample 90-day plan, the IR Roadmap
This is what the paid follow-on looks like. The audit does not include it. It is shown so you can see where the audit's closing section leads.
How it works
Five steps. Forty-eight business hours.
The clock starts when we confirm your intake. Business hours run Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays.
Order and intake
Send the legal name, ticker and exchange, website, sector, your role (issuer or agent), and consent to the scope statement. Public links only.
Conflict check
We check the name against our own client and prospect files before any work starts. A hit means a full refund.
Public-source review
Grok Bot gathers the public record and scores the seven modules. A manual check of the issuer's SEDAR+ profile is part of every audit.
Human review
Dean Stuart reads the report and approves it before release.

The scored PDF goes to the intake address you gave us.
Please do not send material non-public information. We will not use it.
Scope
What this is, and what it is not.
It is
- A review of your investor relations and disclosure practice.
- Based on public sources only, as accessed on the dates shown.
- Boardmarker's practice judgment, scored against a rubric that is printed in the report.
- Written to tell you what to fix first.
It is not
- A CPA audit, or any review of your financial statements.
- Legal advice, or an opinion that you comply with securities law.
- Investment advice. There are no buy or sell views, no ratings and no price targets.
- Based on non-public information. No MNPI is used.
- A filing, or a substitute for your counsel.
We do not contact analysts, investors, market makers, the exchange or regulators during an audit. Where something may be a legal question, the report marks it "Escalate to counsel" for your lawyers. It never says a breach occurred.
Scope statement. Boardmarker Group (1359410 Alberta Inc., operating as Boardmarker Group) is an investor-relations and marketing firm. It is not a law firm and is not registered as a dealer or adviser under Canadian securities laws. This Boardmarker IR Audit is an investor-relations and disclosure-practice review based only on publicly available information as accessed on the dates shown. It is not legal advice, not investment advice, not an audit or review of financial statements, not a technical (qualified person) review, and not an opinion that the issuer complies with securities law or exchange requirements. Scores are Boardmarker's practice judgments, not ratings of the issuer's securities. The issuer, its directors and its advisers remain responsible for its disclosure and decisions. Items marked "Escalate to counsel" should be reviewed by the issuer's lawyers. Boardmarker accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on this report.
